01Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of cubley.app (Cubley). By browsing the site you agree to them; by signing in and publishing a build, you agree to the additional rules in §5 as well. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02What Cubley is

Cubley is a library of Minecraft builds: a 3D viewer, an automatically generated material list, and a step-by-step construction guide for each one. Anyone can browse it without an account. Publishing a build, saving one, or deleting one you published requires signing in with Google.

Cubley is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

03Accounts

Cubley has no password of its own — you sign in with Google, and your Cubley account is tied to your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; we have no way to verify who's signed in beyond Google's own sign-in confirming it's you.

04Age requirement

Cubley is not directed at children under 13, and using Google Sign-In already requires meeting Google's own account age requirements. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child has published content here, contact us and we'll remove it.

05Content you publish

When you publish a build, you confirm — the same statement the upload form itself asks you to check — that you made the build yourself, or have the owner's permission to share it, and that you're fine with it being credited exactly as you entered it.

You keep ownership of anything you publish. By publishing it, you grant Cubley a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and let other visitors view, inspect in 3D, and follow a construction guide generated from it. That license ends when you delete the build, except for copies already made by other people before then (for instance, if someone downloaded material from it while it was public).

Remember: everything you publish — its name, description, the build itself, and your chosen credit name — is visible to the public, including people who haven't signed in.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish a build you don't own and don't have permission to share.
• Publish anything illegal, hateful, or that impersonates someone else.
• Upload a file crafted to exploit or crash the site's schematic parser.
• Try to bypass rate limits, scrape the site at volume, or otherwise disrupt the service for other users.
• Delete or attempt to delete a build you don't own.

07Reporting infringing content

If you believe a build published on Cubley uses your work without permission, contact us at blockguide1.best@gmail.com with a link to the build and a description of your rights to the content. We'll review it in good faith and remove content that shouldn't be here.

08Removal & termination

We can remove content, or suspend an account, that violates §6. You can stop using Cubley at any time; deleting a build you published removes it immediately.

09No warranty

Cubley is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or that any particular build's material list or step guide is perfectly accurate — the numbers are calculated deterministically from the file you or another user uploaded, and are only as good as that file.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cubley and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. 11Google Sign-In

Signing in uses Google's own sign-in service, governed by Google's own Terms of Service. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture from it — see our Privacy Policy for exactly how that's used.

12Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Cubley after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
